mmh 3 days of practice work, it came out reasonably well...not the best but, reasonably done. Colour technique for tones are flawed requiring new style.

Ahem but now for the more serious stuff shall we?
I like the colouration and colours chosen as well as the armour design that both looks futuristic but also draws inspiration from the Samurai (because that is what it is right?).
I don't understand what that thing is in the background so I cannot really comment on that...
THe fur texture is good and anatomy but I'd like to see the lines a bit clearer then they are here...ink?
And here we go unto fuctionality. If you don't care for that I'd suggest you don't read this:
The swords have been positioned in such a way that they'd be hard and rather bulky to draw from the sheethes. Might wanna work on that.
To my knowledge it isn't wise to have your stomach exposed since it proves a very weak point the enemy could use.
I hope those cloaks around the lower parts of the body will be dropped if entering combat since they'd hinder movement.

All in all: A very good piece you should feel proud of but in functionality I'd bet for the less impressive samurai with or without high tech armour.
